Sitting in the Sunshine

.

I've been sitting in the sun

and it was wonderful

when I rolled over.

Mum was miffed though

when I put my tongue out at her!

Playing with Mum

The sun is warm through the glass

although the wind is cold

so I relaxed when Mum came in

and played with me and one of my toys

 which made me feel

very happy.

Resting in the Garden

I'm resting in the garden

and trying to stop the sun

from getting in my eyes

so I moved round

and found a place

where I could sit in peace.

Hiding from the Sun

.

I've had to hide

away from the sun

and got under these leaves

so at last I've managed to sit in the shade

and hope I'll be able to keep cool.

Sitting in the Shade

I'm sitting in the shade Mum

as the sun is beating down

so I think I'll stay here a while

where I can hide

 and relax in the shade.

Relaxing in the Shade

I'm relaxing under the garden seat

and keeping cool out of the sun.

It's been quite restful under here

although I prefer to look around from here

in case I miss anything while patiently waiting

for lunch to be served.

Happy 4th of July

We'd like to wish our American Friends

A HAPPY 4TH OF JULY

as we won't be celebrating with them

I'll spend the day

relaxing in the sun and having a lovely snooze.

My Fence Walk

The sun is shining

and I went up on the fence

and walked along the top

before I sat on the garage roof

enjoying the feel

of the sun on my face.

It's lovely here today

so I climbed up on the fence

and walked along the top

so I could look in Anna's kitchen window

Unfortunately she wasn't there

so I jumped down

and acted all innocent!

A Lovely Day

I'm going to go outside this morning

as the sun is really quite warm.

I'm enjoying a good sniff round

to make sure we haven't had any uninvited guests.

The moss is all soft and bouncy

and there's nothing better than

a good roll about on it

before Mum makes me go inside.

I'm up on the roof

the sun is shining

and I'm feeling happy

as I've been walking over the solar panels

which makes Mum unhappy in case I go underneath 

them and get stuck

but hey ho it's all part of life on the roof!
