Our Sunshiny Day

.

We woke up to lovely sunshine today

and Lucy went straight onto the conservatory roof

to get a good look round.

Hannah heard her up there

and went up to see her and they sat a while

taking in the silence.

Lucy got annoyed that there was no-one about

so she shouted "Hello" at the top of her voice

while Hannah sat enjoying the peace but hoped no-one

had heard Lucy shouting!

Straw Hat Day

Today is Straw Hat Day

and we're out in the garden

nosing about

and enjoying some sunshine.

Hannah stopped for a while

and watched some ants

but didn't bother to taste them.

Lucy looked tempted to try one but Mum shouted NO!!

and she could tell from her tone she'd be meat if she did!

My Sunny Day

I strolled across the garage roof

and looked into our neighbour's garden.

Mum shouted for me to get home

but I went rather deaf

and walked further away

BUT

her response was to cook me some chicken

and I soon found my hearing had returned intact

when she called me to have a taste.

My Roof Walk

Mum wondered where I'd got to and when

she saw me she shouted for me to get down

so I started down the roof between the solar panels

but the sun was making them glisten

so I couldn't resist taking a closer look

and went back up to to the top ones

which made her very mad!!

Sunshiny Day

I rushed out early yesterday morning

to stroll and enjoy the sunshine.

I shouted to the birdies

and invited them to join me

and promised them that Mum would feed them.

Apparently they didn't feel hungry!

My Fence Walk

Early this morning I went outside and

jumped up on the fence to take a stroll

but I didn't get very far

before Mum shouted me in for my breakfast.

I turned round and headed back again -


well you can't explore on an empty tummy.

Fence Walking

Hannah wanted to go fence walking

and she asked Lucy if she'd like to go too.

She jumped up and followed her along the fence

then Hannah jumped up on the roof 

so Lucy followed her and they looked round

 but there wasn't anything much happening 

so they came back down on to the fence  

Mum shouted us and told us our breakfast was ready

and so we hurried in.
