Helping Mum

I'm helping Mum this morning

as she's taking the dirty sheets off the bed

and she's letting me help her.

I had to stop for a moment

when I got an itch

but now I'm ready to start helping again.

It's Freezing

.

It's very cold here today

so I'm laying on Mum's bed

taking the opportunity 

to have a lovely bath

on my favourite blankie

.

Trying to get Comfy

I'm trying to get comfy

as I'd like to take a nap

but the flashy box appeared

so I pulled the cosy blankie down

to make myself a bed

Please go away

while I take a bath

and put my fur in order.

Goodnight.

It's Very Windy

It's very windy here today

so I'm curled up in my bed

and I'm not moving until I hear Mum shouting

"It's Chicken Time"

I'm Tired

.

Mum I know you had a busy weekend

but so did I and now I'm tired

of keeping this side of the bed warm for you.

The Hots

It is very hot today

and my thick fur if making me even hotter.

I've been trying to sleep on the bed

to stay cool but now

I think I'll move over

and sit near the window

where I may get a bit of a breeze.

Please excuse me

if I've dared to walk across the bed

but surely I'm entitled to after all

as I do warm your toes when it's chilly in the night!

Lucy's Bed

I think Lucy's going to be miffed

when she sees 

I've "borrowed" her comfy bed

to take a nap in.

Snoozing

I love this little bed

and sleep in it all night

and the bonus is

I don't have to share

.

Just Visiting

I thought I'd take a peek next door

so strolled along the fence

and paused to see if Anna had seen me

but the blinds were still closed

she must still be in bed!!

Sleeping on the Bed

I like to come back to bed

when I've had my morning walk

Mum puts my pink blankie  there for me

but I don't share it with Teddy and Leo

or

LUCY!

As Snug as a Bug

It's still quite cold here

but this bed is cosy and warm

so I've settled down for a lazy morning.

Please take the flashy box away.

Can't a Girl Sleep?

It's cold and it's Monday

so what's best is a long nap under the covers

but Mum's not playing nice and wants to make the bed

so I'm off to find somewhere small, warm and quiet!

Watchful Wednesday

Hannah was out and about last night while mum and I were in bed asleep

so I'm making sure she's not disturbed while she gets some zzzzzs
