It's Cold Today

It has suddenly turned cold here

so we snuggled up to Mum

and sat on her legs

so she could keep us warm.

It's awful here today

as it's so very cold

 I am going to

spend the day here

in the warm

Strolling Round the Garden

.  I've been strolling round the garden

and checking all is well.

It's very warm for October

so I took a walk

 along the garden wall

and enjoyed the wonderful fresh air.

Me and My Shadow

Even though autumn is setting in it's sunny

 and quite warm today,

and I'm sitting under the garden seat

and enjoying the lovely weather.

After a while I jumped up on the bench

and checked out that no strangers had been there

 for me to deal with!!

I'm waiting for Mum

and sitting very quietly

while trying to listen and hear

 if Mum's opened the oven door

to get me

my warm chicken dinner.

A Hot Day in the Garden

It's very warm here today

so I'm relaxing in the shade

I decided to make a move

and wash my paws

so they were nice and clean

and didn't dirty the kitchen floor again.

so I'm strolling round the garden

before it gets too hot for me

with my thick furs

I'm lovely and warm lounging here

as the sun is shining right on me

but I had to move round

to keep the sun out my eyes

so I could watch out for Lucy.

It's Cold Outside

I've got a lovely warm spot

with two paws on the radiator.

Mum's worried I'll scorch my toes

but I'm not that silly and

anyway I'm waiting to wave

to my favourite post lady.

It's colder than ever today

so we're sharing a chair

to try and keep warm.

It's nice to snuggle

and keep your toesies warm

It's very cold outside

so I've burrowed into this blankie

to keep my toesies warm.

Watching

It's cold sitting here

as it's a dull day

and Mum says I've got to decide

whether to go out

or stay inside where it's warm, 

so I stayed inside and read Mum's newspaper.

Ooops it somehow got a bit ripped!
