A Sunny Day

.

I can't believe my luck

as the sun is bright today

and the wind is hardly blowing
the leaves on the winter jasmine

and even though it's still very cold

the sun feels quite warm on my face.

My Sun Puddle

It's warm inside sitting here

although it's still quite windy and cold outside.

Mum hopes the wind will abate soon

as I'm getting quite restless

and she hopes

I'll take a nap.

It's Sunny but Chilly

I came outside this morning

and although it's sunny it is verywindy

as you can see from my furs

they are blowing about

and that will mean having a brush 

.

Taking My Time

It's time for my morning bath

and I'll take my time today

as it's too windy to go outside just yet.

The wind will blow my whiskers about

so I'll sit here a while and let the sun dry my furs

through the glass.

Slithering like a Snake

It's very windy here today

and when the sun is behind the clouds

it is quite cold. 

My furs have got quite ruffled up.

I think I'd better hurry up and get further round

where I can jump down and stand up again

instead of slithering like a snake.

. 

Freedom

I crept outside as quiet as a mouse

and climbed up onto the roof.

The wind was blowing

so it was nice and fresh

but best of all

I was on my own

no pesky little sister!

Tuxie Troubles

The good news is it's not raining,

 but the not so good news is

that it's rather windy

and it's quite cool, although it should be warm later,

but worst of all

my fur is all ruffled!

Windy Wednesday

It's very windy today

and my furs are getting ruffled

Mum says

I'm looking scruffy

but what can I do about it?

My Feather

I found a feather in the garden

and I started to play with it.

It's quite windy today

so I had to keep chasing it

as it kept tantalising me

by blowing just out of reach!

Monday morning dawned cool and windy

so I decided to relax

and snooze a while in our Peggy blankie

so kindly close the door on your way out.

I'm warm and comfy

and while it's still cold, wet and windy outside

The Birdies

Mum can we come in now please

but our PR exercise is done and

we've wished the birdies a Happy New Year

but they declined our invitation to come inside and get warm.
