I can't seem to wake up today

and I'm trying to wash my face

and make sure my ears are clean

so I can hear if Mum

is going to get me

my chicken dinner

Relaxing in the Sun

I love to sit in the conservatory

as it's the best place

to relax in while having a wash

and making sure my furs

are all in order

before I take my place

and Mum can take my photograph.

I'm Not Awake

I don't want to wake up

as I still feel so sleepy

so I'll stay here and take

a long slow bath and


no Mum

while I wash my face

and no thanks I don't need any help

Lucy's was having a wash

as she'd been playing with her nip cigar

and now she's having a good long stretch.



We had an idea she'd been on the nip

as her eyes looked kind of scary

I'm just having a pawse

before getting ready to wash my tail

you see I need to hold it quite firmly

and even use my back paws to restrain it



as it's always trying to escape and do it's own thing

but I've beaten it into submission today.
