Sunshiny Day

It's a lovely sunny day

so I'm taking advantage

of this sun puddle

that's keeping me toasty warm

while I'm waiting for my lunch.

The sun was lovely

yesterday and although

it was very cold outside

it was toasty warm in the conservatory.

I'm sitting on this chair

right up to the radiator

I'm lovely and toasty warm.

Toasty Tuesday

Hannah has found a warm spot

to sit and look out the window.

She likes to feel the sun

keeping her toasty warm.

Thankful Thursday

We are thankful when

on a cold winter's night Mum sits in her chair 

and puts her feet up on the stool.

Then she wraps herself  in a quilt to keep her feet

toasty warm.

We both jump on her so she can keep us warm

too while we doze.

She gets the evil eye if she wants to get up

to get herself a drink!
