A Cobweb

.

I managed to find a cobweb

and climbed inside the jasmine

so I could lick it off

before Mum caught me

in the act!!

In The Shade

.

It's so hot in the garden

I had to find some shade

so I climbed inside the jasmine bush

where at least I could cool off

and I could see

what was happening all around.

Summer in the Garden

It's been lovely this week

and I've spent lots of time

mooching in the garden

making sure we haven't had any intruders.

I've also been hiding in the jasmine leaves

and wondering

if Mum will notice

if I ambush Hannah.

Nowhere to Hide

Can you see me hiding

under our jasmine and Hannah looking up

at the pretty yellow flowers,

even Henry (our intruder)

stopped to take a look.

Mum spent 2 days outside
with the secateurs

and just look what she did

and as you can see now we've got nowhere to hide!!!

Between the Showers

Mr Sun showed his head

so I went into the garden

and sat under the jasmine

(can you see the one remaining flower?)

The sun was pleasant on my furs

and I welcomed it's warmth after all our rain.

Earlier this week

Mum took this picture of me

while there were still some flowers left on the jasmine.

The wind has blown so hard

and the rain has been relentless.

As you can see

the flowers have mostly died or blown away.

Bird Watching

I'm sitting in the jasmine

hiding from the birds

I don't want them to know I'm here

but I'd really like to jump out

and give them a big

SURPRISE

Good News

I've just had a  wander

round the garden

and as you can see

there's not much to look at

except the jasmine which is growing quickly with all the rain

But there is good news

I've found a good ambushing hidey hole!

Please purr for me tomorrow as I am being tortured
at the vets and have probably got to have some dental work

The Gardening Assistant

.

As it was a sunny day mum decided to cut back one of our winter jasmines and I volunteered to assist her.
.

Mum you missed the bin with this piece

.

.

I thought it was going to get away from me.

.

.

Don't worry mum I've got it back in paw now

.

.

and I've subdued it with a bitey.

.

.

Quick put it in the bin and shut the lid before it tries escape.
