Relaxing in the Sun

I love to sit in the conservatory

as it's the best place

to relax in while having a wash

and making sure my furs

are all in order

before I take my place

and Mum can take my photograph.

In the Garden

I love to go outside

and wander round the garden.

It's cold today but the sun is shining

and it feels lovely on my furs

Wait a moment

Mum's shouting me to go in

and have my lunch.

A Hot Day

.

It looks like being another hot day Lucy.

Don't tell me about it Hannah

I feel as though I've been pickled so I'm going to go inside

and get some cold water

Well Lucy I've found stretching out early

and leaving my tummy on view

is the only way to get any air in my furs

so you'll have to excuse my lack of attention.

Sitting in the Sun

It's lovely in the sunshine

and I'm enjoying the feel

of the sun on my furs

through the window

while anticipating

a mouthful of slightly warm chicken.

What a Surprise

We can't believe our eyes

as the sun is actually shining

It's good to feel it on our furs

but must make the most of it

as tomorrow it's going to rain again!

Sitting in a Circle

Don't ask me why

I'm sitting in a circle

with the cold wind blowing

and ruffling my furs.

It's making my eyes water too 

so I've had to turn away and I'm going to go inside

and that's where I'm going to stay.

Tail Trouble

I'm having trouble

with my tail

and my furs

as you will see.

I'll be glad

when the blustery wind dies down

and gives me a break!

A Modern Girl

Mum saw me relaxing

and started to laugh

as she thought my neck furs looked

like an Elizabethan ruff

but I told her I'm a modern girl.

Roll on Spring

.

It was a lovely sunny afternoon yesterday 

and I went up onto the conservatory roof

as it had been too cold to go up there for ages

 or else it was raining or too windy.

It was wonderful to look round and feel

the sun on my furs.

Mum has put this old towel on it 

to stop my furs making it look scruffy!!

go away and do something useful

I'm trying to take a nap.

Our Sunny Sunday

We were so lucky yesterday

as we had lovely sunshine.

Hannah loved the warmth upon her fur 

and so did Lucy. 

It made us feel so good

plus of course we were able

to have a good nose round!
