Trying to get Comfy

I'm trying to get comfy

as I'd like to take a nap

but the flashy box appeared

so I pulled the cosy blankie down

to make myself a bed

Please go away

while I take a bath

and put my fur in order.

Goodnight.

No Mum

As I said earlier Mum

I don't want to pose

for the camera today

so just back off with the flashy box

and leave me in peace.

and take the flashy box with you.

I was having a lovely dream

and you've gone and spoiled it

so now I'm feeling mad!

I'm Comfy

.

I know Mum's clutching the flashy box

as I just chanced a quick peep

and I'm trying to keep still

so she thinks I'm still asleep.

I don't know how long I can stay still though

as I'm worried I'll get bored.

I wish the flashy box

would go away and leave me to my nap.

Finally Friday

I'm feeling rather sleepy

so I'm trying to take a nap,

but the problem is the flashy box

keeps waking me up!

Finally Friday

I was relaxing after a plate of chicken

and was trying to decide

whether I should nap here or move onto Mum's bed

but before I could decide Mum arrived with the flashy box

so now I'm sitting on the garage roof!!

Oh No!

No sooner than I'd settled down to relax

when the flashy box 

was in my face.

I kept my eyes closed and hoped for some peace.

was I in luck?

Watching

I'm watching Mum

with the flashy box again

I moved and turned my head away

but it did no good

so I decided it would be less bother

to sit and get it over with.

I settled down for a nap where 

I thought I'd be safe from the flashy box

but Mum must have ears like a hawk

because she found me and no I wasn't snoring!

Not Snoozing in the Sun

After breakfast I went into the conservatory

and sat in the sun.

It was starting to warm up out there

and I soon felt my eyes closing

THEN!!

The flashy Box arrived and disturbed me

so that was the end of my nap!

Help

I just can't seem to get comfy

and I'm ready for a nap

but, of course, the flashy box

keeps making me close my eyes

and Mum keeps saying

"Just one more Lucy"

but that was ages ago

and she's still here.

My Snooze

I was having a lovely nap

and was ever so comfy


 but suddenly I was woken up

by a big flashy light!

How cruel is that???

Friday at last

I've washed my paws,

closed my eyes,

and am feeling rather sleepy

but the flashy box keeps flashing

so I've turned away

as all I could see was spots before my eyes.
