It's wonderful outside today

and I started playing

with the winter jasmine.

It's such fun to whap the stems

but I heard Mum behind me

saying leave the jasmine alone.

Oops!!

A Lovely Sunny Day

It's a lovely sunny day

and I'm looking at the winter jasmine

as it's full of lovely

yellow flowers and although

they looked so pretty in the sunshine

I had to take a whap.

Where Is It?

.

Can you see my fat tail?

I got it when I was upset

when Mum had cut down the winter jasmine

and I had lost

my hiding place in the garden.

A Cold but Sunny Day

.

Even though it is icy cold here

the sun is shining down

and it is warming me.

while I keep whapping

the winter jasmine.

Mum says the pretty yellow flowers

will be out soon.

Our Winter Jasmine

I thought I'd show you

our winter jasmine.

It is very pretty this year

despite all the cold and wet.

I'd just grabbed hold of a stem

and was going to give it a whap

when I saw Mum watching me - oops!

She's such a spoil sport.

Sunny Saturday

Mum has been pruning this winter jasmine now the flowers have all finished

and she has left a mess



I'm looking round pretending I haven't noticed

in case she passes me the brush!!
