Oh No!!

Go away Mum

as I'm feeling rather tired

and I'm going to spend

a while with my eyes tight shut

pretending I'm asleep.

My Un Nap!

I've been trying to take a nap

and half shut my eyes

but Mum keeps walking about

so I pretend I can't see her

and put my paw on my nose

and my tongue out at her!

Resting in the Garden

I'm resting in the garden

and trying to stop the sun

from getting in my eyes

so I moved round

and found a place

where I could sit in peace.

Finally Friday

It's time for a nap

as my eyes are very tired.

I was hoping Mum would come and sit with me

for a while but she didn't stay very long

as she wanted to relax with her feet up!

My Favourite Sitting Place

I love sitting on this chair back

relaxing before taking a nap 

Sometimes I keep my eyes tight shut

and pretend that I'm asleep but today I'm wide awake

and if Mum isn't watching

I'll be ready to give  Hannah a whap

My Sun Beam

I'm lovely and warm lounging here

as the sun is shining right on me

but I had to move round

to keep the sun out my eyes

so I could watch out for Lucy.

I'm Busy

as I'm very busy

trying to take a nap.

All you do is take lots of pictures

which makes my eyes go funny

every time you flash!

My Nap

The sun was shining earlier

and it made me feel very sleepy.

I can feel Hannah watching me

and I wish she'd go away

as I can't relax while her eyes are everywhere!

Waking Up Late

I overslept this morning

and struggled to open my eyes.

Gradually I started to move about a bit

but even that was too much effort

so I settled down again.

Please move away as I need another nap

Hannah's Nippy Pillow

I love my nippy pillow

as it smells so lovely

even though it makes me go all silly

and I kick it very hard.

I keep in very close to me

and Mum says my eyes look crazy

even though it makes me very HAPPY!!

Not Again

I'm getting fed up

with all this picture taking business round here

so I'm closing my eyes

and they are staying shut until you go away.
