It's Nearly Time

There's some chicken in the oven

so I'm waiting on a chair under the kitchen table

pretending to be asleep.

Mum has taken some things down to the garage

and I'm getting worried

so I'm looking out for her

to make sure she doesn't forget to hurry back


and my chicken gets burnt!
