The Birdie Tree

I was just relaxing

when I heard a big loud noise

I had to lean over to see if I could see anything.

There was a man in a helmet in the garden behind our neighbours
(you might need to bigify the picture to see him near the top)

He was cutting the tree down as it had a disease.

BUT

what about our bird TV in the spring
when the baby birdies are learning to fly?

.

  7. Oh Lucy, finally that tree is coming down. We bet the birds will find another home not far away. That is pretty exciting to have that Man up on the roof. Yikes. Keep watching him Lucy. Have a great day.

  16. They cut down the big tree right in front of our balcony about a month ago because it was sick also. So sad to see so many trees going away. :(

  17. That's so sad. :( Couldn't they give the tree some medicine to help it get better?

  19. Aww, that's a shame about the tree. Maybe you need someone to put up some bird houses closer to your tv window!
