Disgruntled Hannah

Yesterday Mum grabbed hold of me and put some furball remedy on both of my front paws. I was cross and ran away and sat in this bowl and looked at my paws. She followed me in with the camera and I decided not to co-operate and look at the camera but she took this picture anyway.

I didn't want to wash my paws but it appeared that she wouldn't move until I did.

One happy mum and one disgruntled Hannah. (I hope you can see a bit of the yucky brown stuff on my beautiful white paw in the picture below).

What Mum hasn't thought of though is that I shall have the last meow and put the bitey on her later!!

  1. Oh Hannah!!

What on earth is that horrible brown stuff? Me and Charlie don't blame you for being all cross!

But we know that your mum was just doing all she can to get you in the best of health so you could be the bestest ever!

So do forgive your lovely mum and give her a great big purr hug!

Charlie really likes how you sat on the bowl and not cooperated as you looked ever so cute! :-)

    Take care and happy Easter!!

  2. Our human used to try that stuff with Chumley, when he was alive, and Annie. Well, you'd think she'd pulled out a claw! They'd run around and flick the stuff off onto the walls....MOL. She quickly gave up on it. So we understand why you weren't too thrilled about having it put on your paws, either!

    Happy Easter!

  4. So does this mean you don't actually like the taste of that stuff? We lick it right off #1's fingers rather than out own paws!

  8. Is it Katalax? Mum puts that on my paws too. I used to be able to flick it off, but now she rubs it in very thoroughly.

  11. Our Mom used to do that to us too and we knew just how to flick it off right on the carpet. Do you know how hard that stuff is to get off of anything. Just keep being annoyed and maybe Mom will quit.
A very happy Easter to you.

  13. Oh that yucky stuffs messing up your pearly white paws! She can try mixing in unflavored Benefiber into your canned food and it will do as well for hairballs. The Benefiber makes the stool "fluffier" and that helps the hair pass. Any of the products like Laxatone are just lubricants and make things slippery...

  18. Hannah! When your Mum rudely puts that brown muck on your paws, shake, shake, shake your paws as fast and as hard as you can. The brown muck will FLY all over the place. Oliver got some on the ceiling once hehehe!
