Our Visitor

We made a new friend yesterday

She fluttered inside to see us.

After a few minutes Mum took her back outside

(as Hannah was getting excited thinking it was a snack!)

where she rested a while before flying off.

  1. That butterfly is lucky - if she had landed here, she would have been lunch!

  3. That is a very lucky butterfly. We bet it would have made a crunchy snack, right Hannah?

  4. That's a fortunate butterfly. We hope Hannah isn't too disappointed not to have made the butterfly's acquaintance.

  13. Drats, your Mummy could have left the butterfly for a bit longer. They are beautiful but silly creatures, always getting in but can't find their way back out! It's a Peacock butterfly. :)
