My Warm Up Routine

I like to stretch gently first

and then stand tall

and look to the right

and then look to the left

I'm quite worn out now so it's time

for a nap.

  9. Oh my goodness, Hannah ... you and I have the very same warm-up routine! I sometimes add a little butt-wiggle to mine, and if I did not warm-up upon stand-up, surely I would collapse! Next time I think I'll try following with a short nap, sounds like a good idea ...
