My String

Mum had tied me some string

on the back of this chair

and I left my breakfast

to have fun with it.

It kept getting away from me

but I kept catching it

to stop it escaping.

  1. Get that wriggly string, Lucy. You can always go back to your breakfast later. You must have very good eye paw coordination to keep catching that string!

  4. Those strings can be very tricky! It might be a good idea to finish up your breakfast because it might take you all day to subdue those strings.

  5. You left your breakfast to get to the string? That's what we call dedication! You'd better eat that breakfast before Hannah finds it.

  7. Great toy idea. Your mommie is a smart one. You must be sneaky when catching the string. It does like to get away from you.

  8. We're not sure we'd leave our breakfast for the string, but that string looks pretty awesome just the same.
