.
Thank you all for your lovely messages for me yesterday it is so kind of everyone and everycat.
I have eaten little bits cut up small and mum has made sure it is in gravy so I am getting liquid as well.
As you may or not know we were rescued from a house where there were more than 100 cats by the RSPCA - we were allowed to roam and had to fight for food and to take care of ourselves. This has made me not liked to be picked up too much and only on my terms so this makes it furry difficult for mum to medicate me. I am sorry mum - luv Lucy xx xx
.
Mum I'm sorry I scratched you lots yesterday
.
.
Could you manage to do some chin scritches for me purrlease.
.
.
I promise not to scratch today.

Dearest Lucy....I am ever so very sorry to hear that you had to go to the Vet and have been feeling poorly...I should come right over with a pot of catmint tea so you can be on the mend again. Do you take sugar?

Dear Lucy,
ReplyDeleteWe are very glad to hear you're doing a bit better today. Please get all better real soon, okay? We will purr and pray for you. We know your mum forgives you about the scratches (we will purr that those heal quickly, too).
(((chin scratches and nose taps)))
Lucy, we are so sorry you have been feeling poorly. We are sending healing purrs.
ReplyDeleteWhile Artemisia didn't have it as rough as you, she understands about living with lots of other cats and having to fight for food and not being used to humans being loving. So we understand why you scratched your Mommy but we are sending comforting purrs so you will feel safe enough to allow her to give you your medicine without putting up a fight.
Hi Lucy,
ReplyDeleteWe were sad that you are sick. Pls eat your medicine so that you will feel much better. You are still adorable. We are tempting to give chin scratches to you.
LOL,
Mika+Yong
We are happy to hear you are eating Lucy. You need to keep the weight on so that your furs continue to shine like rubbed jewels!
ReplyDeleteWe know your Mama understands about the scratching. We don't want to be handled when sick either, especially to put goop down our throats! Feel better soon :)

ReplyDeleteWhicky Wuudler
Lucy, I hope you continue to get better quickly! Maybe you just ate something bad. I would tell you to take your medicine like a good girl, but I know you don't roll that way! ;-)
ReplyDeleteMiss Lucy, we did not know you weren't a picky-uppy kitty...now we understand why you fought your goop so much. Mums are very forgiving; you don't need to worry about those scratches. And we are so happy you are feeling a little better!
ReplyDeleteMiss Lucy, I was NOT rescued from a house with 100 cats, and I still do NOT like to be picked up. You don't need to apologize for that! We're sure your Mum understands. We are also sure that she hates upsetting you, but sometimes it has to happen, like when you need to take some medicines. We hope you're feeling all better!
ReplyDeleteLove, Fuzzy
