Exercises

I'm starting a new fitness regime
.
and this is my first exercise - I'm looking up to stretch my neck muscles
.


.

and now I'm just doing my my side rolls

.


.

and head and neck rolls to help with stress

.


.
and now it's time to relax
.

.
and get my breath back!

  7. Oh my, Hannah...I am exhausted. I will list these exercises on my New year's list of resolutions but I'm not sure if I want to feel the burn as much as YOU are here.
