.
I caught this twig
.
.
when mum was aiming for the garden bin and missed
.
.
Hannah heard my shout of joy and came outside
.
.
I brought it inside to the back door
.
.
and then into the hall but alas
.
.
when we got as far as the bedroom that spoil sport mum made us take it back outside
.
Wow, that looks like a fun twig - a keeper!
ReplyDeleteLet's start a petition to keep the twig!

That mom. I can't believe she made you take it outside. Sometimes humans just don't understand.
ReplyDeleteAwwwwww how could mum do this?!?! :-)
ReplyDeleteNevermind sweet Lucy and lovely Hannah!!! It's such nice weather to be out playing in your lovely garden!!! Enjoy your amazing stick!! Yay! Take care x
Jeez...moms always ruin all our fun!!
ReplyDeleteThat twig looks pawsome! What do you mean, your mom made you take it outside? What a spoil sport indeed!

Mums don't know a great cat toy when they see one! Maybe you should give her some catnip so she'll start thinking more like a cat!
ReplyDeleteYou Girls need to work on your "sneakiness". You need to be more sneaky! Don't make it soooo obvious something potentially messy has your attention! We are seven so we learn from each other's mistakes...

Mums can be such spoil sports!!!!!!!!!!

Really, your Mom needs to appreciate that it wasn't an icky bug, or a dedded mousie, it was just a twig!
ReplyDeleteOh no, she released your stick?!?!??!?! Next time hide it under the bed!
ReplyDeleteNow that wasn't very nice! YOU caught it, fair and square and you should have been allowed to keep it. I think you're pawsome and need to be rewarded for such a catch.

Good job catching that twig Lucy. Sorry your mom thought it should go back outside...looks like a fun and cool toy to us. Maybe you can find it again or another one and you and Hannah can have more fun. Hugs and nose kisses
ReplyDeleteWow Lucy that is an awesome twig you caught! IT stinks that your mom wouldn't let you keep it inside to play with!!
ReplyDeleteSometimes mum's just don't understand the triumph of the hunt - LOL!!!
ReplyDelete#1 won't let me bring the stick sI pick up outside inside the house either. No idea why...
ReplyDeleteWoofs,
Tommy
Next time, bring a stick AND a dedded item. Your Mum will be so busy freaking out over the dedded thing you can sneak the stick inside!
ReplyDeleteSuch a spoilsport! What wrong with humans!?
ReplyDeleteLucy
ReplyDeleteThat was your twig and you wanted to play with it. *sigh* Sometimes Mom's just don't understand.
