This is my new piece of string

Mum cut it off especially for ME

to play with

I don't let Lucy play with it



because she makes the string all wet

and anyway, it's mine, ALL MINE.

Here I am minding my own business

washing my toesies and "FLASH" "FLASH"

Can't a girl wash her pawsies and furs in peace



without the pawparazzi being there?

Walking the Walk

I'm homeward bound 

after my morning constitutional

and I couldn't decide whether to go left

or go right

decisions, decisions!

so I sat a moment to ponder

now my decision is made

I'll come in from the right

as that's the side I'm sitting on!!

On My Way

I've been out and about

looking around

and all seems secure.

I'll take a slow walk back

and divert along the fence

to have a peek at our neighbour's garden

it's looking really neat unlike ours

now where is my Mum?

I must give her a loud meow to get my chickhen ready.

Just Checking

Here we are on the garage roof

and we're inspecting the trees for strange cats

but there aren't any today.

and now we are looking out for different cars in our close.

Here I'm checking our neighbour's garden

and all seems to quiet so I thought

I'd sit a while and enjoy the day

Twilight

This was the sky

when it was getting dark

on Sunday night.

Mum loved all the colours.


We hope normal service will resume tomorrow!

What a Cheek!

You may be wondering why we are sitting here looking up

and think you may not be able to hear that tapping noise.

Mum says it's birdies dropping their left over breakfasts 

onto our roof.

Walking the Walk

Another grey Saturday and we can't decide what to do.

Hannah suddenly decides

that she wants to lead the way on to the garage

but Lucy won't budge for her

and even pokes her tongue out at her

Hannah tries head butting Lucy so eventually

Lucy has to back down and go up onto the garage roof

all because Hannah wanted to jump down the easy way!

Time for Bed

We are having extra naps today

so we are ready 

when it's time for bed tonight.

T For Tabby Thursday

Earlier this week the sun shone

so I went out on a fence patrol

checking on both sides

well you don't want to miss anything do you?

before shouting for Mum to lift me down

(purely to conserve energy and  nothing to to

with being lazy)!!
